learned to read, will read five Easy Readers each week; and the Regular Readers, who will read at least two “chapter books” a week. Reading jogs will be counted each week, and names and number of books read will be. posted in the lobby of the Library. At the end of the Program there will be a grand prize for the best reader in each group, and a prize for the first nuinerup and the second runner-up. In case of ties, there will be duplicate prizes.
There will be three story per week; Regular story time for pre-schoolers, 10 a.m. Wednesday with songs and finger-plays; first and second graders, 10 a.m. Tuesdays, and a story at 10 a.m. Thursdays for third graders and up. There is no registration needed, but preschoolers must be accompanied f>y an adult. Older students may browse oi get help with school reading lists. 1 •,
