Mrs. Janet Peregory and children Joseph and Jennifer and Mrs. Cindy Heflin and children Michael, Krystal and Jacob returned to their homes on Castleton Ford Road on Saturday afternoon from a ten day vacation spent in and around Orlando, Fla.
Bethel Baptist Church is having Vacation Bible School this week each evening 6:30 until 9 through Friday, June 26. On Saturday at 5:30 p.m. they will be having family night. With the theme, “Star .Quest, A Good News Adventure”, all ages, preschool through adults are invited so come and enjoy the week at Bethel.

Birthday greetings go out to my nephew Christopher William Frazier who becomes a teenager tomorrow, Thursday the 25th, and to Christopher’s dad Ray, who adds another year on Monday June 29.
Miss Heather Berry has been named to the Dean’s List by Dr. Matthew Beemer, who is Vice president for Academic Affairs at Pensacola Christian College for the 1998 spring semester. Heather is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Berry.
Congratulations to Marcella Gannon who received a degree at the recent graduation ceremonies held at James Madison University.
Mr. and Mrs. Gregg Heflin, Krystal and Jacob entertained their son and brother Michael at the Chucky-E-Cheese Restaurant in Dale City on Sunday in observance of his birthday. Joseph and Jennifer Peregory also attended the party.
Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier returned to their home on Castleton Ford Road on Saturday after a week’s trip to Indiana.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peregory of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Bragg, Kellie, Karla, Matthew and Mark were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory.
In the Salem area we have Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Dodson and Marc as Father’s Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Pritt and family at Stevensburg and were joined by Elder and Mrs. Richards and Terry of Luray. Saturday the Dodsons attended the Hitt-Atkins wedding at , Gourdvine Baptist Church, in which Elder Richards was the officiating minister.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Weaver accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Atkins of !,Sperryville motored to ; Stephens City on Sunday and enjoyed a bountiful lunch at Western Steer, in observance of Father’s Day. Later they traveled on to Martinsburg, W.Va; then on to Ranson and Charles
