The commission approved a request for withdrawal of about 541 acres of land from the Krebser Agricultural and Forestal District by Alfred and Klara Kummli. Commission member Dr. Werner Krebser abstained from voting on the matter. The application by the Kummlis to place a scenic easement on the balance of the property, limiting future divisions to no more than four parcels — resulting in a total of seven parcels on a property which would allow a possible total of 20-23 parcels — was approved by the commission. The commission voted to forward the final draft of the County Comprehensive Plan to the board of supervisors and respectfully request they approve it. All old business will be tabled until September.
