Miss Bonnie Jean North, of Huntly, graduated June 23 from Strayer Junior College in Washington, D C. She received a diploma in general business. Commissioner G.H. Lamb of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles calls to the attention of all Virginia drivers the new fees are going into effect. The present $6 fee for an original or a renewal of an operator’s permit will become $7. The fee for any duplicate license will go from $.25 to $1. Judge and Mrs. Rayner V.
