A motion was approved to adopt a resolution to change the wording in the county code to add an additional requirement that a family apartment not be a mobile home. Frazier voted against the motion. The matter will be advertised for public hearing.
The commission approved a recommendation to amend the wording in the zoning chapter of the county code regarding floodplain regulations and the matter now goes to the board of supervisors.
