Pursuant to Section 7-3-3 of the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance and Section 15.22204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday Ju!y 27, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

Application by C.E. Giles to adjust the boundaries between two properties owned by him (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcels 122A & 128) and between one parcel owned by him (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 122A) and that owned by Jenkins (Tax Map 20A-1), Parcel 129). Boundary adjustment would result in parcels remaining below the minimum lot size, requiring review and approval.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available tor public inspection Monday through Friday 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
