for the following positions: 1 SHIPPING/RECEIVING, MAIL CLERK: Pulls orders and packs and prepares orders for shipment Supervises all shipping and receiving functions and contracts freight carriers for the most beneficial service of the company Sorts, weighs and applies appropriate postage to all outgoing mail. Receives incoming tech support calls and fills out initial entries in our Tech Support database routing the calls to Tech Support. Requirements include: Familiarity with computer data entry, shipping and receiving procedures. General knowledge in the operation of a postage machine, meter and electronic weight scale. The strength to lift a tray or mail weighing approximately 20 lbs. and incoming/outgoing packages or boxes with an average weight of 45 lbs / SYSTEMS ENGINEER Knowledge of the UNIX operating system, and setting and configuring hardware. Has had exposure to Structures Query Language (SQL), and familiar with at least one commercial RDBMS product (Informix, Sybase, or Oracle). Knowledge of Windows or Macintosh workstations, and a willingness to learn the other platform. Responsible for major account technical support and testing of the software product line. Performs system installations including: configuring server systems, loading software, configuring software, and providing systems administration and end-user training. 1 SENIOR PROGRAMMER ANALYST Performs software development for software Server product, including database development and program interface, and general UNIX ond C language development Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. including: C programming, database design, administration and programming; BS in computer science, math or related technical field a plus
