Linda Barb of Boston, Va. was named to the President’s List at Mary Washington College. Three hundred twenty-one other students were also named to the list. There were 16 kindergarten through third graders who didn’t miss any days at Rappahannock Elementary School this past year. These students each received a perfect attendance certificate.
