• Wednesday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m. at the courthouse in Washington, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a joint meeting with the Rappahannock County School Board and shall be for the sole purpose of discussing the High School Expansion Project, including bids received for same.
• Friday, Aug. 27 at 1:30 p.m., the Town of Washington’s Architectural Review Board will conduct a special meeting to continue its review of the application made by Tim Mohr of the firm of William McDonough and Partners, agent for Sunnyside Farm. The meeting will convene in front of the Mercantile Building on Gay Street.
• Monday, Aug. 30 school begins.
• Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. the Board of Supervisors will hold its regular monthly meeting at the courthouse in Washington.
