Congratulations to Tonya (my niece) and Michael Owens on the birth of their •son, Richard Allen Owens, who was born on Friday, Aug. 20. Richard needed to get into this world a little early and weighed a big two pounds and 14 ounces and all of 14 inches long. Mother and baby are doing great.
