Turn-lane project
successful The initial Sperryville turn-lane has certainly been sue1 cessful. Who would have guessed that enormous, vibrant and colorful flowers would have bloomed in this drought, from the tiny three inch plugs we planted in late spring! Although I coordinated the final planting plans, there arfe many other people whose input, labor and financial contributions should be recognized and appreciated. I’m grateful to: Mark Malik, Joy Sloane, Don Askew, Susan Babcock, Mary Bittinger, Sharon Kilpatrick, Mimi Cantwell; Bob Moore, Jim Gannon, Sue and Ryan Garvin, Bill Watson, and nature itself, for all working to make this “micro-community” a success.
