spent the weekend at Virginia Beach.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher of Turkey Ridge Road accompanied by Mrs. Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg and Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville have returned form a southern vacation, which took them over 1200 miles, to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tenn., to the Great Smoky Mountain and “Boone” country, N.C.
En route home they traveled the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was evident that plenty of rain has fallen in those areas by the beautiful corn, hay, tobacco and cabbage fields. The good Lord blessed with a safe trip, enjoyable time, and tired bodies were beginning to show up.
Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Peregory and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Mills and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Bragg and family and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and family were all in Front Royal Sunday to attend a birthday party for Heidi Peregory, who had turned eight, at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peregory.
