Rappahannock News Photo/Gerald Ochs Louise Stringfellow and her family of four lost their home and possessions on the night of the first snowfall last week. This tenant house on the Montpelier property on Route 231 was a total loss due to a chimney fire. The Stringfellows are staying with a friend but are anxious for a new place to live and could use financial help too. Contributions and information on a new home for the Stringfellows are being accepted at the F.T. Valley Grocery Store (987-8361).
