There is a program called the Indoor Plumbing /Rehabilitation Program (IPR) available in the Rappahannock area. IPR is aimed at helping low-to middle-income home owners obtain modem indoor plumbing.
Are you still using an outhouse, or are you still getting your drinking water from a spring? If you answered yes to either or both of these questions, perhaps we can help you. If you need a first time well, septic field, or an indoor bathroom, then this may be the program for you.
