Our funds are part-grant and part-zerointerest-loan, and we are limited in the amount of dollars we are allowed to spend on any one home. We do not install wells and drain fields on unimproved lots, a home must already exist and you must live in the home as your residence and the home must be in need of first time indoor plumbing.
