PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. March 6. 2000 at 7 00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

AMENDMENTS

The Playhouse Corporation and Lorin Maazel and Dietlmde Turban (owners of properly located on Tax Map 41/Parcel 23 and Tax Map 51/Parcel 4C. Stonewall-Hawthorne District. zoned “A"Agricultural) desire to amend Special Exception permits #98-03-02, #98-03-03. #97-04-01, and #9704-02 by asking (1) that the review date for the use contemplated on Parcel 51/4C be vacated. (2) that the use of such parcel be converted to a permanent use, and (3) that the maximum number of students permitted on Parcels 51-4C and 41/23 be established at a total of 115 students, with the understanding that the number of students using the facilities on Parcel 51/4C shall in no event be more than 40 The applicants request that all other conditions and requirements associated with the abovedescribed Special Exception permits remain in effect Allowed under Section 170-36(B) of the Rappahannock County Code: additional standards in Section 170 63(B) and (E).
