WCDS students

will participate in

heart campaign

to raise funds

Students of Wakefield Country Day School are participating in their second annual Jump Rope for Heart campaign Tuesday through Thursday, Feb. 15-17. In addition, upper school students will participate in their first Hoops for Heart campaign, Friday, Feb. 18.

Students will jump rope and shoot basketballs to raise funds for the American Heart Association. These funds help support cardiovascular research and education programs.

Jump Rope for Heart teaches participants about the importance of a healthy lifestyle that includes regular physical activity, proper nutrition, and living tobacco-free. The event empowers children as they provide vital community service and discover that they can make a difference. At the same time, students enjoy group dynamics while jumping into the spirit of this funfilled event.

Please help our children help others. Sponsor a WCDS student in Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart.
