• Treasurer Viguerie presented the Town’s financial report, noting consolidated assets of $500,947.82.
• Mayor Willis praised the efforts of RAAC, the Board of Supervisors, and attendees in making the Fourth of July celebration "one of the best ever.”
• The Mayor read a letter from Deborah Hicks of Rappahannock PEC in which she said that their "offer to conduct a third party analysis of the town's sewage treatment dilemma still stands." He noted that he would like to approach PEC about attending the next Council meeting.
