Otis William Stafford USN, Ret., 86, of Washington died Monday, July 3 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
He was bom Oct. 29, 1913 in Taylors Creek, Ga.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 20 at Ft. Myer Chapel at 11 a.m. with a Protestant Chaplain. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Watson of Washington.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helen Hammer Stafford and parents, Claude and Ella Ryon Stafford.

Elizabeth Eastham
Former resident
Mijp. Elizabeth (Betty) Eastham, 83, a former resident of Flint Hill died on May 18 in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
She was the wife of the late Robert Browning Eastham.
She was the aunt of John Eyler III, Mary Eyler Spohn, Robert Brown, Thomas Eastham Brown, Julia Chamberland, Margaret Brown, Mark Brown and David Brown.
She is also survived by her sister, Mrs. John D. Eyler Jr. of North Palm Bach, Fla. and sisters-in-law, Lucy Eastham of Rockville, Md. and Frances Eastham Brown of Norfolk, Conn.
Mrs. Eastham was active in the DAR, the Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church of Washington, D.C. and the Chevy Chase Women's Club.
She was the daughter of the late May and Robert Rayburn Burkin of Washington, D.C. Her husband, Robert was the son of the late Robert Francis and Mary Browning Eastham.
