"The Buddha is in all of us." Zen Master Poe Wha Sunim, Abbott of the Potomac Zen Sangha in Alexandria, was generously granted permission by one of our land owners to lead a group of 15 people in meditation on one of our beautiful mountain tops in Rappahannock County on July 8.
Sunim entered the monastery at age eight and lived in the mountains in Korea for many years. The former director of a monastery in Korea, Sunim chose to come to the United States eight years ago.
