BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappa hannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 7. 2000 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications: SE *00-06-03 & *00-06-04 Gregory, Catherine and John Dixon are applying for a Special Exception to construct an 18-hole golf course with associated facilities, and to construct a package sewage treatment plant to serve same, on a property of approximately 152 acres located between Rt. 639 and 730 off U S Rt 211 in Amissville. Properly is zoned “A”Agricultural Uses allowed under Section 170-36(D) and 170-36(C), respectively, of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional standards contained in Section 170-65(A) and (B) and 170-64(A). A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 am to 4:30 PM.
