i Schools delayed
’ Rappahannock County Public Schools will be delayed for one week due to construction and the high school site work. The first day of school is now scheduled for Sept. 5.
Pre-school start date events have been rescheduled: new teacher workdays are scheduled for Aug. 21; inservice is scheduled for Aug. 28 and returning teacher workdays run from Aug. 29-Sept. 1.
"Kindergarten Orientation Night" will be held Aug. 30 at 6:30 p.m. "Student and Parent Meet the Teachers Day" will be held Aug. 31 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m.
