Water from the artesian well is "hard" and the reservoir well is "soft," hence the desire to stay away from using the artesian well if such be possible. Two Home Demonstration clubs entertained the youth of the communities last week in line with the club's project for the year. Sixty-five "Recreation for Youth" children attended the picnic held in Jack Miller's woods Thursday. The outing was sponsored by the Home Demonstration Club for the children of Washington.
