Mayor's absence.
• Mayor Willis noted that Steve Critzer served as Vice Mayor and Clerk and that, because of Mr. Critzer's continued absence, he felt it necessary to name a new Vice Mayor who could fill in when the Mayor is away. Town attorney Bennett will review the Town’s options and report to the Council at its September meeting.
• Mayor Willis said that the Town would be trying out new, more durable street lamps. The new lamps are 100 watt (the existing lamps are 75 watt), and they will be tried out in one location to "see if people are affected by the brightness."
