slated
By Gerald Ochs
Rappahannock News Writer
After a series of public hearings on an ordinance that would permit, but regulate, the land application of sludge in Rappahannock County, the Planning Commission decided to convene a work session to reconcile the differences of opinion on the draft ordinance.
At this work session, tentatively scheduled for Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. in the Courthouse, the Commissioners will attempt to reach accord on a final draft ordinance that will be presented to the Board of Supervisors. The work session will be open to the public, but public comment will not be taken.
