Default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the County of Rappahannock Circuit Courthouse 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia on September 5. 2001 at 3:30 PM, the property described in said Deed of’Trust located at the above address and briefly described as: Lying and being about one and one-half miles southwest of Amissville in the Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on Route 611 and more particularly described ac* cording to a plat and survey of Andy L.
