“On-demand” means that a ride could be arranged from a resident’s door to a doctor’s office and back again. For the first two options, the bus would pick riders up in one of our towns at a set time — Woodville, Sperryville, Washington, Flint Hill, or Amissville — and take riders to an easy connection point to take the town bus to either Culpeper or Warrenton.
There would be several circuits a day and riders could pick up a later bus to return at a set time. The buses are handicap accessible. The ride would cost approximately one to two dollars to pay for gas and maintenance which are not covered by the grant.
