The four children are believed to be from the Smith, Brown, Bragg or Wood families of Woodville and Sperryville. Below the picture is written: (left to right) Quinton, Beth, Anne, J Phelps. Letters visible on the side of the wagon are WYE. The photo, which was taken in Iowa, is believed to be from 1900-1910. Persons with information should call Donna Fisher at 675-1163.
