The amendment further requires that ABC licensees are required to have a local licensee as well, and the license year will run from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Distilleries producing less than 5,000 gallons per year need to be licensed, but will not have to pay a license fee.
The zoning amendments place restrictions on the where the various ABC licensed establishments may be located.
