Elizabeth Twisdale Conover of Flint Hill graduated from Northern Virginia Community College on May 13. She received an associate degree in applied science and majored in nursing.
A 1990 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, Conover attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg where she received a Bachelor of Science degree.
