Each den leader then formally introduced his or her scouts to the Pack leadership. The scouts were asked if they were ready to accept the challenges of the next rank. All the scouts accepted this challenge and were given a warm round of applause.
The newly graduated scouts will continue to meet over the summer on a somewhat relaxed schedule. Most dens plan to meet once a month to take advantage of the great opportunities for outdoor activities. There will also be three summer Pack Meetings: the Cub Scout Rodeo & Cookout on June 22; the Raingutter Regatta Races on July 12; and an August Pack Meeting on August 16.
