God can. Our Creator can hear all of us..rail of the time. When we think of this from a human standpoint it is just too incredible to fathom. Yet, when we believe it from the point of view of faith, this concept of God's omnipresence is totally acceptable. Thus, we can communicate with our Heavenly Father anytime we choose...without an appointment. Whatever we need, whenever we need it, our Friend hears us.
We read in 1 |ohn 5:14, "...if we ask anything according to His will He hears us." God knows our truest needs. We can also hear God's reply. "He who is of God hears the words of God." |ohn8:47.
