The Farm Bill reauthorizes the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) through 2007. Some $7,265,100 has been provided to hind the program in Virginia.

It offers costshare payments up_Ux- 50 percent for implementing eligible conservation practices, and incentive payments for implementing land management practices.
