The Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church in Washington will hold a revival from July 21-22 with Dr. Bobby Roberson and from July 23-27 with Evangelist Jerry Whitehead at 7:30 p.m. Pastor John Burke invites1 all to attend. There is special singing nightly and a nursery is provided.
Church to hold celebration
Macedonia Baptist Church in Flint Hill invites everyone to its 138th church anniversary, homecoming and revival services beginning Wednesday. July 16 through Friday. July 18 at 7 p.m.worship service Guest preacher will be the Rev. Ronald Chunn, pastor of First Baptist Church in Nelsonville. Ohio Sunday, July 20 pastor Donald Simpkins will preach the 11 a.m. worship service. The Rev. Maxwell Washington, pastor of New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Washington D.C., will preach the 3 p.m. sermon. Lunch will be served following morning worship.
Soccer registration

Summer art classes
The Oldway Art Center will sponsor summer studio classes for children ages five to nine on Wednesdays from July 16 to August 13 and for children ages 10 to 16 on, Thursdays July 17 to August 14 from 1 to 3 p.m. Persons 17 and older can attend on Fridays July 18 to Aug. 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $50 per session.
