I read with a great deal of
interest the presentation by Mary Ann Kuhn in the Thursday, July 3 Rappahannock News about two candidates who were disqualified from the race and their names will not appear on the Nov. 4 ballot.
Apparently one of them, Wesley Mills, was disqualified and fined $500 with no
97.3%
