With the addition of a full-time staff writer, the Rappahannock News has completed assembling its editorial team.
Last week, veteran journalist Nicholas M. Horrock, who is currently living in Northern Virginia, joined the staff.
“Nick has told us how much he loves Rappahannock County, and is eager to meet more people and learn more about his new beat, which covers basically anything that happens here,” said John Tbler, executive vice president of the News.
Horrock joins Rappahannock News Editor Mary Ann Kuhn, Office Manager Jan Clatterbuck, and regular contributing photographer Richard Lykes.
Editor marks first year
Mary Aim Kuhn, a 15-year resident of Rappahannock and former contributing writer, took charge of the News a year ago, after long-time editor and general manager Barbara Wayland became ill.
