Ki Theatre announces the winter and spring series of Life Stories Workshops taught by Washington resident, Julie Portman, an Obie award-winning life stories writer, actress and master teacher.
The workshop series begins with an Introductory Three Day Workshop, Feb 2729 followed by an Advanced Three Day Workshop, March 5-7.
On April 4, there will be a One Day Workshop: “Interview and Find the Story;” on April 25, a One Day Workshop: “Writing with Images;” and, on June 18-20, another Introductory Three Day Workshop that will complete the series.
Portman has been teaching Life Stories Workshops for the past seven years, attracting participants from Rappahannock, Fauquier, Warren, Culpeper and Madison counties in addition to people who come from across the country.
