Must be able to work outdoors as well as indoors. Must be able to work flexible hours, and weekends as needed. Must have experience in overall property maintenance. Must have a valid Va driver’s license. Starting salary of $ 12/hr. plus competitive benefits package included. Gen’l responsibilities include facilitation of logistics for events, keeping property safe, clean and attractive, experience with outdoor equipment. Add’l skills preferred include painting, carpentry, and computer (to generate reports as needed.)
