Allowing Parking Tickets to be issued in
the Town of Washington
Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 15.2-1427 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended) that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, March 1, 2004, at the Courthouse in Washington, VA to consider for passage an Ordinance amending Section 162-4, “Parking Violations,’’ of the Rappahannock County Code. The effect of the proposed amendment will be to make the existing County parking ordinance applicable in the Town of Washington so to allow the issuance of parking tickets for specified offenses, with a uniform schedule of fines, as follow:
