The Rappahannock EMS Council is a private, not-for-profit EMS organization that maintains a regional EMS system that provides for the effective and coordinated delivery of emergency medical services. The council serves 74 EMS agencies and approximately 2,000 EMS providers in Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg, and the counties of Culpeper, Caroline, Fauquier, Orange, Rappahannock, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford.
