Rappahannock Free Clinic
The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a branch of the Fauquier Free Clinic.will be open April 21, May 5 and May 19 at the Rappahannock Health Department in Washington. Patient registration is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. There is currently a shortage of nurses to assist at the clinic. Those willing to help (it is not necessary to be an RN) are urged to call the clinic at 6752525 or 347-0394.

Longaberger baskets bingo
The date is April 24. The place is the Amissville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company. The event is Basket Bingo where the famous, collectible, Longaberger baskets will be given away as bingo prizes and raffle prizes. Doors open at 5 p.m.; games begin at 6 p.m. There will be 20 regular bingo games for the admission fee of $20 in advance; $25 at the door. A Longaberger basket will be awarded each bingo winner. International Festival April
Costumed performers, festive tents, and exciting music and dancing will turn the baseball practice field next to Rappahannock County High School into an International Festival on Sunday, April 25 from noon until 4 p.m. Admission is free. To participate with an exhibit or for further information, call the Headwaters office 675-1819 between 8:30 a.m. and noon.
Writing Workshop
