The intriguing sculptures of Sperryville artist Jeanne Drevas and the paintings of Quantico resident Sandra Warren Gobar will be featured in a two-person exhibition at Long View Gallery on Main Street in Sperryville from April 15 through May 10.
There will be a reception for the artists on Saturday, April 17 from 4 to 7 p.m. Additionally, Jeanne Drevas will be in the gallery on Sunday, April 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for coffee and conversation. Everyone is invited.
Jeanne Drevas is one of Rappahannock County’s most interesting and creative artists. She is renowned for her functional and sculptural ceramics, but it is with her sculptures of natural materials she gleans from the forest and fields of Rappahannock County that her creativity really soars.
