UNSAFE STRUCTURE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 3, 2004, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, in accordance with §74 (“Buildings, Unsafe”) of the Rappahannock County Code (“Code”). This hearing shall consider the condition of structure(s) on the property owned by James E. Williams (Section I, Lot 2; Tax Map 23A-1-1, Parcel 2) in the Rappahannock Lakes Subdivision in Rappahannock County. If the Board of Supervisors finds that the site complained of is in violation of §74-2 of the Code, then action may be taken as set forth in §74-4 et seq. of the Code.
