Rappahannock News Staff Writer Warned that paving work on Grimsley Road could begin as early as September, opponents of modernizing the country lane have begun a “last ditch effort” to persuade the Board of Supervisors that its vote to override the opposition was wrong and a waste of county funds, several residents said.
