Would you consider placing more weekly articles in the paper? Like have an education comer. The high school is offering great new classes this year for our kids. And Spanish will now be taught in the elementary school. Perhaps interview the teaching staff on different occasions and I’m sure they would have interesting information for a section such as this.
How about a career comer? Interview the citizens of Rappahannock about their careers so that our children will have an idea of professions within our county and what they may want to pursue and gear their education toward.
How about a junior journalist comer? Have students of the area submit articles, maybe focus on a different grade each week.
How about a recipe comer? Use the foods we have in season around the area. Perhaps borrow some ideas from the local restaurants.
