Four-month old Ryan Jenkins, the son of Adam and Angela Jenkins of Washington, has been diagnosed with SCID (Severe Combined Immunodeficiency). A benefit dance is being held at the Sperryville Fire Department from 8-12 p.m. Donated funds will be used to help with financial support for the family. Its going to be hard to beat last years extravaganza but we are going to try! Two seatings for six-course (tinner. 6:00 and 8:30 p.m. First seating is $65/Person and second seating is $85/Person. There will be a two band lineup with Rude Rock up first followed by Street Legal which will take us into the New Year. Don't worry about that special meal on New Year's Day - we're open for dinner. 2008 spring Season
The Front Royal Oratorio Society, George T. Amos, Music Director, will begin rehearsals for its 2008 Spring season on Monday, Jan.7, at 7:30 p.m. Prospective new members, all voice parts, are very welcome (no audition required). Come and join singers from a six-county area. Rehearsals are Monday evenings at the Fulton Fine Arts Center, Randolph-Macon Academy, Front Royal.
