The Culpeper Minutemen Chapter of the NSDAR will meet Saturday, Mar. 8, at 1:30 p.m. at the Culpeper County Library. Presentation of the Annual Good Citizen Awards will be presented by Mrs. Thomas L. Eastham.The Annual Good Citizen Awards are presented to high school seniors with the qualities of Dependability, Service, Leadership and Patnotism. One student from each of the following schools will be honored: Rappahannock High School, Culpeper High School, Madison High School and Wakefield High School, Huntley, VA.
