Three band members — Taylor Light. Beth Martin and Evan Espinola — will audition for the All-State Band this Saturday at James Madison University. This is the first time that three students from the high school were chosen to audition for the state of Virginia's most prestigious student performing group.
Also. 2006 Rappahannock County High School graduate Dos Allen recently won the student soloist competition at Shenandoah University. Allen will display his artistic merit on March 30 when he performs Jacques Ibert’s ‘Concertino De Camera' with the Shenandoah Conservatory Orchestra as his accompaniment.
