Audit proffer compliance by querying County's Land Management Information System (LMtS), review land development applications, conduct site visits to ensure alt proffers have been fulfilled prior to project build out and bond release. Update LMtS to reflect proffer audit findings. Communicate deficiencies in proffer compliance and manage resolution issues. Prepare reporting for Zoning Administrator, Director of Building and Development. County Administration. Transportation Land Use Committee and/or Board of Supervisors, which wilt include a comprehensive proffer status for certain development projects & annual report of proffer audit activity. Bachelor's degree in Planning, Management, Public Administration or Business Administration and 3 years relevant experience. Proficiency with Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. GIS experience and CZA/CZO certification desired. Must have and maintain valid driver s license. (Hiring Range: $48,377 -$65,309) #08-S351T-217. Closes: 02/22/08.
