Fauquier Health, an innovative non profit health care system, currently has a unique opportunity for a Director of Development to join our team. You will report to the Vice President of Strategic Services and play an integral role in developing and managing the annual operating plan, identifying, cultivating and soliciting prospective major donors, and establishing a comprehensive major and planned giving program.
The ideal candidate with have a BA/BS in a related field. Masters degree preferred, and at least five years of fundraising experience with demonstrated experience in raising major gifts and working knowledge of planned gift vehicles. Health care experience is highly desirable.
